Step 1: Pre-Registration Don’t Skip This
Pre-registering before you travel is the single most important thing you can do. Here’s why it matters:
- Pre-registered attendees use the Express Badge Kiosks on Level 2 just scan your QR code and you’re in
- Walk-ins must go to Onsite Registration on Level 3, which takes significantly longer
- JCK PRO members and Key Retailers have their own dedicated check-in area on Level 2

Step 2: Bring Your Qualification Documents
JCK is a trade-only event not open to the general public. To attend, you must be a verified jewelry industry professional. This includes retail store owners and buyers, jewelry designers, manufacturers, gemologists, sales reps, and industry media.
If your registration is still pending when you arrive, you’ll need to present qualifying documents at the door. These might include a business license, reseller’s permit, or proof of industry employment.
